Coefficient and Bays Consulting are experts in machine learning and mathematical modelling who have contributed heavily to horizon scanning, technical review and proof of concepts in the Home Office and wider public sector. Backed by Innovate UK, and the Department for Science and Technology, this team are exploring the use of AI-assisted technologies in hiring and the way these tools may be susceptible to hidden biases.
